All Sales Are Final<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds<\/strong> for any reason other than verified damage or manufacturing defects. This policy applies to all standard and custom items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the fragile and often made-to-order nature of our products, once an order is confirmed and shipped, <strong>all sales are final<\/strong>. We encourage customers to review product details (including size, color, finish, and material) thoroughly before purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While we take great care in packaging your items securely, damages can occur during transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspect your order immediately<\/strong> upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Report any damage <\/strong>immediately on receiving your item to Management on <strong>066 228 4982<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide <strong>clear photos<\/strong> of the damage and the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not<\/strong> sign delivery note and <strong>do not<\/strong> accept the goods. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email us at <strong>dwellacoza@gmail.com<\/strong> with your <strong>order number<\/strong> and <strong>details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a <strong>replacement at no additional cost<\/strong>. In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Once delivery note is signed we will not accept any claims for <strong>Returns or Refunds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders may be canceled <strong>within 12 hours<\/strong> of purchase, provided they have not yet entered production or been shipped. After that time, cancellations are no longer possible due to our production workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Custom orders, once submitted, <strong>cannot be canceled<\/strong> under any circumstance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Custom Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All custom-made products (including custom sizes, finishes, or designs) are <strong>final sale<\/strong> and <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>. We recommend double-checking all specifications and contacting our team with any questions before placing a custom order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Product Variations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen differences or natural variations in materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor imperfections (e.g., tiny air bubbles, natural grain marks, or hand-finished variations) are normal and not considered defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These characteristics are part of the handmade and artisanal quality of our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Shipping Delays<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
